Dr. Kanisha L. Hall

Dr. KaNisha L. Hall (Dr. KaNisha) is a board certified anesthesiologist, sexuality counselor, published author and media personality. She is a native of Shreveport, LA. She graduated with honors (magna cum laude) from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Chemistry, second B.S. in Bio-Science Technology from Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. KaNisha ventured to Sagamihara, Japan to complete her fellowship in Cytopathology at Kitasato University. She received her Doctorate of Medicine (M.D.) from Howard University and later completed her residency in anesthesiology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. Dr. KaNisha is currently practicing anesthesiology, peri-operative, palliative and addiction medicine in across several states.


Dr. KaNisha Hall established the Alfred Hall III Foundation with her brother, Andre Hall, in order to continue her father’s legacy of community service, entrepreneurship and pursuit of higher education. During her tenure, this organization has granted more than fifty thousand dollars in scholarships and community program grants. Also. Dr. Hall has a passion for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and proudly sits on the board of Howard University Medical Alumni Association (HUMAA).


Recently, Dr. Hall has established an impressive media presence. She was named the Chief Medical Contributor for Kluster Radio Medio Group. This conglomerate of streaming iHeart ™ Radio stations and digital media has also designated Dr. KaNisha Hall as the company’s White House Correspondent for the incoming administration. Dr. Hall is a regular contributor for multiple digital news platforms and magazines.
